As an employer, it’s tough choosing the right person for a role. There are so many factors to consider – from a suitable set of skills to personality dynamics to how much you trust the person applying for the position – and often you have limited information to make a hiring decision.

Luckily, when you’re hiring for positions involving financial risk, there’s a simple way you can add some serious strength to your hiring toolkit to vet the person you decide to hire.

Ordering consumer credit reports for your prospective employees helps you to assess each person’s financial behaviour.
